How do I use the Lookbook? 

Search the Lookbook for our available illustrations by clicking on the corresponding illustration category - school uniform attire, sorority attire, activity attire, professional attire and casual attire.  For easier navigation, you may enter a keyword in the "Search" field.  

I don't see my school uniform in the Lookbook.  Can it be done?

When will my order ship?

Each product description includes the turnaround time, in the last line of text.  (Please note O.riginals: Design & Stationery is open Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)

Items will ship upon completion, and this may result in partial shipments.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes. O.riginals: Design & Stationery can ship anywhere in the world.  We are not, however, responsible for delivery delays due to customs.  Additional charges (i.e. duties or taxes) will be collect.

Can I return or exchange items?

Non-personalized items can be returned, though a 25% restocking fee is applicable.  (Customer is responsible for return freight.) Non-personalized items may be exchanged, at no additional charge.  All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days from the day the item(s) is shipped.  Shipping and handling charges to ship replacement item(s) are the customer’s responsibility.

All returned and exchanged item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging.

Due to the custom/personalized nature of most of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items, unless a valid mistake was made on our end or if the item clearly has a manufacturing defect.

What are the return/exchange policy procedures?

Send an e-mail to info@originalsds.com, stating the reason for the return/exchange and the original order number.  A customer service representative will respond within 72 hours with a Return Material Authorization Number, if return/exchange is approved. Shipping instructions will be given at this time.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Due to the custom nature of our products and our manufacturing process, orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Please check all order details (i.e. character face, hair color, name spelling, etc.) before submitting your order.  Orders will not be redone or discounted due to customer errors.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. No orders will begin processing until payment is approved.

Does O.riginals sponsor school fundraisers?

Absolutely.  Please send an e-mail to info@originalsds.com, and a customer service representative will contact you within 72 hours with our fundraising packages.
